3. Account Registration

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Automatically renew unless canceled
• Reset usage limits at the start of each billing period
• Can be upgraded or downgraded at any time

4.2 Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

4.3 Cancellation

5. Refund Policy

• Service issues: Prorated refund if service is unavailable for 24+ hours
• Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate or erroneous charges

No refunds are provided for:

• Partial month usage after cancellation
• Dissatisfaction with AI analysis quality (subjective)
• User error or misuse of the service

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload videos containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload videos of minors without parental consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our AI systems

• Use the service for commercial redistribution of AI outputs
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

DiamondIQ and its branding, software, and documentation are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

• Process and analyze your videos
• Store analysis results
• Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Practice plans, season plans, and analysis generated by our AI are yours to usefor personal or team coaching purposes. However:

• You may not resell or commercially redistribute AI-generated content
• You may use generated plans with your teams
• We retain the right to use anonymized examples for marketing

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranty

Our service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of AI analysis or recommendations
• Improvement in athletic performance
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or outcomes

8.2 Not Professional Advice

IMPORTANT: Our AI-generated feedback is for informational and educational purposes only. It is NOT:

• A replacement for professional coaching
• Medical or injury prevention advice
• A guarantee of skill improvement

Always consult with qualified coaches and medical professionals.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiamondIQ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Injuries resulting from following AI recommendations
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DiamondIQ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload to the service

10. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:
